Monday July 17th:
5:00 pm 4-H & FFA entries and Open Class livestock are due on line. ABSOLUTELY NO LATE ENTRIES will be accepted in Youth Divisions.

Wednesday, August 2: 

*Special Note* All exhibitors unloading animals are required to complete the required paper work and meet the photo requirement as stated on Page 90 in the Fair Book under Junior Livestock Shows.

 7:00-8:00 AM Weigh in for market swine, sheep, market lambs & goats (Must be in by 8:00)
8:00-9:30 AM Event Center will be open to receive exhibits.
8:00 – 9:00 AM Beef Weigh in
9:00 AM Rabbit Judging
10:00 AM Interview Judging Event Center
10:00 AM Open Class Building exhibits judging begins, except Flowers. Building will be closed until Thursday morning.
11:00 AM Beef exhibits must be in proper places
3:00 PM Breeding Sheep, Breeding & Dairy Goats in proper places

5:00 PM Swine Show
Swine Over-The-Hill Showmanship (Immediately following youth show)
6:30 PM Calcutta for Ranch Rodeo

Concessions Will Be Provided by Elk Mountain AAU Wrestling on Aug. 1st , 2nd & 3rdand Aug. 5th & 6th.

Fair Board meetings are the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm in the Weston County Event Center.

The February Meeting is always the fair schedule planning and starts at 6 and all fair superintendents should attend.
